Sufjan Stevens performing on the roof of Cincinnati Memorial Hall during the 2007 MusicNOW Festival. Sufjan returns to Memorial Hall on March 30 for MusicNOW 2012. Today at 1pm, the Cincinnati Streetcar groundbreaking ceremony will be held at Memorial Hall (though not on the roof).
